WIAPS approval enables us to self-certify new water connections installed by ourselves without the need for United Utilities inspection & connection – removing delay & inconvenience and enabling groundworks reinstatement to be carried out much sooner & to our usual high standard.
This accreditation indicates a working knowledge of the Water Regulations and associated standards in relation to the installation of underground pipe work for the provision of water supply to properties.
As approved Groundworkers, our WIAPS accreditation formally recognises our ability to install external pipework in accordance with The Water Supply (Water Fittings) Regulations 1999.
